When a complaint gets ignored, that is not an accident. It is often a business choice, and patients pay the price. One ignored complaint is easy to overlook. But when thousands of patients share the same story, it becomes something elected officials, regulators and the news cannot ignore.

What we do

A Movement for Healthcare Accountability in Many States

Patients Over Profits Now is a growing movement. We take patient complaints that used to stand alone and turn them into organized action. We do this through patient stories, partnerships with other groups, online outreach and talks with elected officials. Our goal is to hold companies accountable and improve healthcare for patients.

Patient stories are at the heart of this movement. Each story can be used in a news story, a meeting with a community leader, a town hall, or an online post. When one story is shared, it helps build support for the next one. Over time, these stories add up. Together, they reach elected officials, reporters and communities across the country.

Every story on this page started the same way yours could: someone decided to stop staying quiet. If you have a healthcare story to tell, this is where you start.

This is where your story starts to change the system, not just something that happened to you. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out. Fields with a star (*) are required. You decide how your story is used, and you can take it back at any time.
